For the October SDPix Magazine cover, I featured Finn Egerer on the cover. I’m very proud of the fact that this photo is right out of camera, with zero content edits or retouching. I added a filter layer to soften the look and sent it to the publisher. I think too many digital photographers nowadays rely on Photoshop to compensate for poor lighting, exposure, and color balance. My philosophy is get your settings right in camera, so that the end result looks good right from the start. 😉
