PORTRAIT SESSION NO SHOW POLICY

Any client of Photos by Cali that fails to honor their reservation for their session by not showing up, for any reason, must pay a $50 no-show fee, in addition to that day's photo session fee. A rescheduling fee may also be imposed, at the discretion of the photographer, to rebook client at a later date, to cover the cost of any equipment rented for the photoshoot on the rebooked day.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Any client of Photos by Cali that cancels their reservation for event photography within 5 days of the event, for any reason, must pay a 50% cancellation fee, based on the originally quoted price to cover the event. Payment is due immediately, no later than the day of the scheduled event.
